Adjustable Ethnic Stool – 02

Stool upholstered with a loom handcrafted in Peru at 4000 meters above sea level with smooth and marbled borders in blue and mustard tones with maroon stripes. Its structure is made of light green steel, rotating and adjustable in height. This stool has a light and industrial look that contrasts with the rustic, warm and artisanal style of the loom. Its height can be adjusted by placing the seat from 85cm to 64cm.

A piece that will not leave anyone indifferent and will be very practical for daily use!

The stool measures 36x36cm and the seat is 85cm above the ground or 64cm above the ground.

The ethnic rug with which it is upholstered is hand-woven in the South American Altiplano, between 3000 and 5000 meters high. It has been woven on a wooden loom that is tied at one end to a stick and at the other to the weaver’s waist. An alpaca bone has been used to braid the wool when making the drawings (X’s and diamonds in orange and green). Being such a manual work, it can present small irregularities and “perfect imperfections”.

The looms are made of 100% sheep wool dyed with natural pigments. Its color may vary and it is sensitive to direct light.
