Ethnic bench with unwaxed light wood legs upholstered with an elegant ethnic rug with a geometric pattern in cherry, strawberry, blue, aqua green and ecru tones. It is a very original bench and, due to its colour, easy to combine. The ethnic bench measures 120cm long, 45cm deep and 40cm high.

It is a very decorative and functional bench. It has wooden legs and a custom-made solid wood structure, strong enough for two or three people to sit on.

The ethnic rug with which it is upholstered is hand-woven in the South American Altiplano, at an altitude of between 3,000 and 5,000 metres. It has been woven on a wooden loom that is tied at one end to a stick and at the other to the weaver’s waist. An alpaca bone has been used to braid the wool when making the designs (X’s and diamonds in orange and green). As it is such a manual work, it can present small irregularities and “perfect imperfections”.

The looms are made of 100% sheep wool dyed with natural pigments. Its color can vary and it is sensitive to direct light.
