Cusco blanket of 142x155cm of sheep wool woven high in the Andes. It has a very simple work, smooth orange, raspberry, purple blue, aqua green, ocher, pine green and fuchsia stripes.

This carpet is handwoven in the South American Altiplano. It has been woven on a wooden loom that is tied at one end to a stick and at the other end to the weaver’s waist. A bone from an alpaca has been used to braid the wool when creating the patterns. Due to being such a manual task, it may present small irregularities and “perfect” imperfections.

The looms are composed of 100% sheep wool dyed with natural pigments. Their color may vary and is sensitive to direct light.

We recommend dry cleaning the carpet.
